Chefs' Football Tournament

Do you work in the food industry?

Join Chefs' Football Tournament and tackle poverty head on.

Chefs' Football is a tournament with a difference...

This five-a-side friendly football series, unites the food and hospitality industry in a bid to help farming families in Africa to escape poverty. Leading chefs and restaurants, food producers, suppliers, retailers and the media are invited to sign up a team and battle it out to win the highly coveted trophy, last taken home in 2023 by RH Amar and Launceston Place.

Date release and applications will open in the New Year - stay tuned!

To keep energy levels high throughout the tournament we recommend seven to nine players per team.

We have a strict rule of 10 players maximum per team. Please submit an application for two teams if you have more players!

This tournament is open to everyone within your company! From your security guard to commis chef, waiter to marketing manager, this tournament is fun, inclusive and a great day out with others in the industry!

Family, colleagues and friends are welcome to spectate with an optional donation upon entry. Watch the tournament, enjoy the BBQ and take part in our cross-bar challenge!

More than half of the world’s extreme poor live in sub-Saharan Africa, the vast majority working in agriculture.

Farm Africa works to strengthen every aspect of the supply chain, from soil to supermarket. Through training and sharing expertise, we help farmers push up the quantity, quality and value of what they produce and build resilience to climate shocks.

By taking part in Chefs' Football you will be helping more farmers and their communities lift themselves out of poverty and thrive, while protecting the environment for generations to come.

Not a football fan?

You can still support Farm Africa by taking part in another challenge that suits you. Browse our sporting challenge webpages or contact with your ideas!
