Community Development Officer- National Position

Farm Africa is seeking passionate and skilled Community Development Officers to join our team in Ethiopia. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a fast-moving organisation. Farm Africa is a specialist international NGO focused on promoting sustainable agricultural practices, strengthening markets and protecting the environment in rural Africa. We want the Community Development Officer to Ensure timely project implementation at the woreda level, Bring technical expertise to ensure high-quality project delivery, Facilitate and coordinate    community/institutional capacity-building activities, Contribute to project management and reporting and Play an active role as a member of the Farm Africa Project team

The position contract will be up to Sep 30, 2025 with a probation period of 60 working days with a high probability of extension based on the availability of funds in any one of the interventions woredas in the Bale zone. You can find more details on the position on the Job Description
