How we'll support you

When you run for Farm Africa, you won’t be doing it alone. We’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you smash your goals both on the course and with your fundraising.

As part of Team Farm Africa, you’ll receive:

A Farm Africa running top, with the option to personalise it so the crowds can cheer you by name
A dedicated contact at Farm Africa to support you from sign-up to race day
Expert fundraising advice, ideas and materials to help you hit your target
A cheer point along the route to give you an extra boost when you need it most
Running photos and videos – if you make sure our cheer point team spots you, we’ll snap and film you in action and send you your race-day memories
Bespoke social media collaboration – the option to co-post with us on Instagram and/or LinkedIn to boost your fundraising and profile
An invitation to our post-race reception to celebrate your incredible achievement
A running community – the option to connect with your fellow Farm Africa runners to support, motivate, and even train together

Thank you for your interest in running the TCS London Marathon on Sunday 26 April 2026 for Farm Africa. We have a limited number of places – and you could be one of the lucky ones!

If selected, you’ll pay a £100 non-refundable registration fee and commit to raising at least £2,500 (excluding Gift Aid) to support farmers across eastern Africa. Your fundraising will help farming families build brighter, more sustainable futures.

Please only apply if you’re confident you can reach this target, and complete the form in as much detail as possible – particularly about your fundraising plans, motivation and connection to our cause.

All applications received before Friday 1 August will hear from us by Friday 15 August.

By completing and submitting this form, I confirm that I agree to the Farm Africa terms and conditions, as well as the following declarations:

I agree to participate in the TCS London Marathon 2026 for Farm Africa and pledge to raise a minimum of £2,500 (excluding Gift Aid) which will be paid to Farm Africa no later than eight weeks after the event has taken place.

I commit to raising at least 75% of my £2,500 fundraising target before the race day.

If I am not able to fundraise the minimum amount, I understand that I am to cover the outstanding amount myself.

I understand that the registration fee of £100 is a non-refundable payment on confirmation of my place.

I understand that there is a second stage of registration with the event organisers (at no extra cost), and that I will need to complete this in order to take part in the event.

By signing up to take part in the London Marathon we will contact you to offer you support with your fundraising, training tips, on the day timings and information on how to send us the funds you’ve raised. We will use your postal address to send your running vest, any other fundraising materials you may request. We won’t send you any other marketing unless you indicate in the box below that you are happy with this.

I hereby confirm that I am 18 years or over and acknowledge that I am taking part in this activity entirely at my own risk. I therefore do not hold Farm Africa or any of its representatives responsible for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of my participation.

I commit to informing Farm Africa as soon as possible if I am unable to take part in London Marathon due to injury or illness.

I am aware that I am only able to defer my charity place in the London Marathon twice before my place is formally cancelled. In this instance, I would need to re-apply for my place, re-pay my registration fee and re-start my fundraising.

By agreeing to this declaration, I am also agreeing to the terms and conditions of the event organisers (which are available on request).

Farm Africa reserves the right to use any image of me on the day for future marketing for the event across Farm Africa’s website, social media platforms and other marketing channels, unless I request otherwise.
