Something tasty...

Procrastibaking Competition

Round up your friends and family for an icing or baking competition – luckily for some, it’s all about look and not taste! To enter the competition, simply ask for donations on your fundraising page and ask participants to send you a photograph of their biscuit or bake! Remember to hashtag #FarmAfrica if you post entries and the winner on social media!

Trek Through Africa, virtually

Can you walk, jog or run the equivalent of the vertical length of Uganda? As the bird flies, it is 188 miles from Gulu to south Kampala. Divide that by 30 days, that’s just over six miles a day! Set up your fundraising page to share with your community and don't forget to link your Strava account to it. Whenever you log your walk it will automatically add to your fundraising page and let your sponsors know how well you are doing!

Something simple...

Copper collection

In for a penny, in for a pound. Whatever your local currency, collect loose change from your community and together we can tackle poverty head on in eastern Africa. Set yourself a target, be it the number of people, days or amount, and stick to it! We're here to support in any way we can. Once your collection is over, count up the coins and make a donation via our donation page.

No coins? Set up an online collecting jar instead!

Something quizzical...

Quiz night!

A favourite for many fundraisers! Go digital or in person to hold a quiz night. Have friends across the world, or country? Use Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangouts to hold a virtual quiz. Set up a JustGiving page and ask your guests to make a donation to take part! £5 penalty donation to all those that are late to the quiz or have the worst fancy dress. We love a theme - how about a quiz on Africa, animals or farming themed quiz? Look through our website to gather all the fun facts!
