Farm Africa is an international NGO that works in partnership with smallholder farmers and small businesses, supporting them to gain access to finance and markets, while improving the quality, quantity, and value of their produce, enabling them to build more resilient livelihoods.

We’re looking for a skilled Office Administrator to play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of our London office. Are you a proactive and highly organised administrator who wants to join an organisation that is making a real impact?

In this vital role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring the UK team has a welcoming office environment and the necessary tools to perform their work effectively. You will also provide high-quality administrative support for executive travel and meeting coordination, as well as supporting and coordinating our donor due diligence processes.

Your attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and calm, solutions-focused approach will help keep our operations running seamlessly.
