Find us at Mile 10.6 near Rotherhithe station and just after Mile 25 near Embankment station- listen for cowbells and London African Drumming - and look out for us wearing bright green!

The London Marathon is one of the best races in the world for both the experienced runner and the beginner! This iconic race sees the capital city come together and create an unbeatable atmosphere, supporting thousands of runners as they push themselves to their limits while raising money for charity. With a route that runs past Royal Parks, Parliament and finishes in-front of Buckingham Palace, it's never less than breath-taking.

The 2025 TCS London Marathon is on Sunday 27 April. We carefully review each application we receive, so make sure to tell us why supporting Farm Africa is so important to you and how you plan to fundraise.

Tips to make your application stand out!

• Farm Africa will be celebrating their 40th birthday in 2025 - can you involve the number 40 in your fundraising plan?
• Showcase your networks! Think about your company connections as well as personal - it's not just about fundraising it is about raising awareness too!
• Can you get a team together?
• Are you willing to run in fancy dress? Sunflower anyone?!

Open to running in another marathon?? 

If you'd like to have a guarenteed place in a marathon we have charity places in the Barcelona, Paris, Edinburgh and Amsterdam marathons that you can register and run for straight away without waiting for an application to be approved!

Enter the 2025 ballot!

The 2025 TCS London Marathon ballot is open Saturday 20 April - Friday 26 April 2024and results will be announced in July 2024.

If you are one of the lucky ones to win the ballot or receive a place through a running club (or even deferred your entry from 2024)! We would be delighted to have you join Team Farm Africa!

You will receive the same support from our dedicated events team as those runners with a charity place, rather than a set fundraising target, we ask you to raise as much as you possibly can! Get in touch and share the good news: events@farmafrica.org.

2024 cheer Point volunteers needed!

Join the action on Sunday 21 April, as a cheer point volunteer! Dance with London African Drumming, meet Farm Africa staff and help us spot our Farm Africa runners. The atmosphere from the side lines is second to none and is certainly a day to remember!
