As one team set off on Saturday morning for the summit of Kilimanjaro, another team of equally intrepid Farm Africa fundraisers set out on a crisp, sunny morning for a hard day's walking along the banks of the River Thames.

The Kilimanjaro Challenge Team has had a successful first day on the mountain. They say "it's great to get going" and that their first day was "fairly easy" but they know that the going is only going to get tougher.
