Thames Path Challenge

Follow England’s greatest river upstream 100km, 50km or 25km. Choose your distance and choose your pace; we all have special reasons to push ourselves and the Thames Path Challenge caters for all! Rest stops are every 12.5km and camping is available for those who take on the full 100km challenge.

The full 100km route heads upstream from Putney Bridge, past Hampton Court to Runnymede and then on to wonderful scenery all the way to Henley. This is a challenge you will never regret.
