Follow England’s greatest river upstream 100km, 50km or 25km. Choose your distance and choose your pace; we all have special reasons to push ourselves and the Thames Path Challenge caters for all! Rest stops are every 12.5km and camping is available for those who take on the full 100km challenge.
The full 100km route heads upstream from Putney Bridge, past Hampton Court to Runnymede and then on to wonderful scenery all the way to Henley. This is a challenge you will never regret.

Registration fees for each distance will be:
Farm Africa ask you to pay a small registration fee and pledge a minimum sponsorship. We will cover the cost of your event place whilst sharing lots of fundraising ideas and support to help you beat your target!
Book your charity place via the Ultra Challenge website and select Farm Africa as your chosen charity. Our events team will be notified and we'll be contact as soon as we find out you're on the team!
Pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and Farm Africa will pay the balance of the event place cost.

Also known as 'self funding', choose to pay the full cost of your event place then fundraise whatever you can with no set target or deadline, and there’s no cost at all to the charity!
