Led by Michelin-starred chef Ashley Palmer-Watts, the team undertook the gruelling eight-day climb to the roof of Africa - 5,895m above sea level. They were spurred on by the knowledge they had raised over £50,000 to help farmers across east Africa end hunger - for good.
Ashley was inspired to take on this epic challenge after visiting one of Farm Africa’s projects in Kenya last year and seeing first-hand the impact our work is having on the lives of African farmers and their families.
