Student Fundraising

Student fundraisers have the power to change the world

And by choosing Farm Africa as your RAG partner, nominated charity for your Society or the beneficiary of a one-off event, we'll help you do just that.

In return, you'll receive ongoing support from us as well as a number of opportunities to help develop your transferable skills and gain valuable experience for your future career after university.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility when working with students. We understand that between your studies, extra-curricular activities, fundraising and social life you have a lot to juggle, which is why we're here to help. Let us know what you need from us, and we will work with you to make sure we can deliver.

In return for supporting Farm Africa, we can offer you:

Passion

We love fundraising, and we love students who fundraise even more! We'd love to attend your fundraising events and provide you with any materials you may need. You could even borrow Gary the goat, our infamous mascot.

Flexibility

You will receive a dedicated account manager who will listen to what you want to achieve, and design our support around what you want and need from us.

Creativity

Your account managers love fundraising and coming up with creative ways to raise money. We can help you develop exciting ideas to engage and motivate your fellow students. Whether that’s new twists on old favourites or something completely new that will put your RAG on the map and maybe even at next year’s Student Fundraising Awards.

Career development

It would be nice if it was all about the fun(draising) but we know there’s a serious side to your charitable support too. Chat to us about how we can help you gain practical work experience, or how to best use your volunteering activities for your CV or Higher Educational Achievement Report (HEAR).

Farm Africa went above and beyond in their application, there was lots of enthusiasm! It felt like there was an affinity with LSE and we could tell Farm Africa was passionate about us. The idea that Farm Africa is trying to change the way things are tackled in Africa and is lifting people out of poverty by empowering them is very refreshing.
