NFU's Countryside magazine is helping Give Hunger the Boot!

We are delighted to announce that NFU's Countryside magazine is backing our Give Hunger the Boot campaign and have launched their support in September's edition, on sale today!

Farm Africa Ambassador Kate Adie is encouraging Countryside readers to support our Give Hunger the Boot campaign

Countryside Editor Martin Stanhope has a long association with Farm Africa, even running a marathon to raise funds for our work four years ago. He and his team are encouraging Countryside readers to get involved with our Give Hunger the Boot campaign this year – encouragement echoed by Farm Africa Ambassador Kate Adie, who is the subject of the magazine’s September interview. Her fascinating story will soon be available to read in the digital edition of the magazine

Give Hunger the Boot is our annual fundraising campaign where schools, churches, community groups and workplaces get together to raise funds for our life-changing work in eastern Africa, helping farmers grow themselves out of poverty and give hunger the boot, forever.

As well as encouraging support from their readers, the Countryside team will be pulling on their own wellies to raise funds – watch this space for updates on their welly-themed activities!
