For the past year Farm Africa has been SABMiller's Charity of the Year". The South African brewing multinational is working in partnership with Farm Africa, both supporting project work and getting involved in a wide range of fundraising activities.

Following its successful AGM which was held in London on 27 June, Farm Africa has published its 2012 Annual Review. The Review is introduced in a message from Farm Africa's Chief Executive, Nigel Harris, and also showcases our successes over the year.

Farm Africa on exchange visit to Brazilian rainforests during Rio + 20

While world leaders focus on a more sustainable approach to global development at the Rio+20 conference this week, Farm Africa is part of a team travelling deep into the Amazon rainforest in Brazil to learn from work being undertaken there to reduce deforestation and  promote more sustainable ways of earning livelihoods.

Farm Africa takes on the Thames Path Challenge

Farm Africa is excited to be one of the partner charities for the brand new Thames Path Challenge, an epic endurance walk following the iconic Thames Path National Trail. We’re looking for people to take on the challenge and walk either the 50km daytime route or the ultimate 100km overnight route. With the help of your fellow walkers and a good pair of walking boots it promises to be an experience you will never forget!
